On Wednesday, August 21st, Scouting Executive Anthony Escobar came to give us an update on the Caddo Area Council and the newly formed cub scout pack that meets at Nash Elementary School. Texarkana Sunrise Rotary stands behind Anthony and all he does to promote scouting in our community.
